Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five years of customer service experience.
• Four to five years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open consumer/business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote and educate customers on deposit and loan products.
• Leverage digital products and self-service tools to meet clients' needs.
