U.S. Bank is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant who will engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels to understand needs and propose banking solutions with a digital-first mindset.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, educate clients on digital products, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service while meeting regulatory requirements, including NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to assess needs and educate on banking products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote and demonstrate digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet regulatory requirements.
