Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across multiple channels.
• Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet their financial goals.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent, accurate service.
