Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Delivers an optimal client experience through accurate processing and collaboration with branch teams.
