Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Experience & Optimization Specialist to enhance the performance and usability of its digital channels. You will own digital experience optimization, product operations, analytics, and governance across the digital ecosystem, driving improvements in conversion and member interactions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital banking, fintech, product management, or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking platforms, member journeys, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, process improvement, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and constant interruptions.
• Strong communication to interact with leadership, team members and members.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and optimize the complete digital member journey across channels.
• Analyze application funnels, abandonment trends, conversion rates, and member behavior data.
• Identify friction points and recommend enhancements to reduce clicks and improve UX.
• Lead digital analytics and executive performance reporting with dashboards and scorecards.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and act as primary liaison for digital platforms.
