Job summary

Nuvision Credit Union is seeking a Digital Experience & Optimization Specialist to enhance member journeys across digital channels, improve performance, usability, and onboarding efficiency. You will lead analytics, dashboards, vendor coordination, and governance, while guiding improvements from data and member feedback to boost conversion and operational effectiveness.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Branches, and the MRC to accelerate onboarding and reduce

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, product management, business analysis, or related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking platforms, member journeys, analytics, AI, and automation.
Strong analytical, reporting, process improvement, project coordination, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize the complete digital member journey.
Monitor end-to-end member journeys across digital account opening, lending, online banking, mobile banking, and self-service channels.
Identify friction points and recommend enhancements that reduce clicks, streamline workflows, improve user experience, and increase conversion.
Lead digital analytics and executive performance reporting.
Develop and maintain digital performance dashboards and scorecards for executive leadership.
