Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Experience & Optimization Specialist to improve performance and member experience across digital channels. You will optimize the digital journey, manage analytics, and coordinate with vendors and operations to ensure timely account openings and onboarding.

The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive digital growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, product management, business analysis, or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking platforms, member journeys, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, process improvement, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to deal with constant interruptions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with leadership, team members and members.
• Strong proficiency with technical systems and solutions with the ability to identify root causes and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the complete digital member journey across channels.
• Lead digital analytics and executive performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain digital performance dashboards and scorecards for leadership.
• Coordinate digital vendor relationships and enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with business units to improve digital operations and onboarding processes.
• Document workflows, business rules, user stories, and process improvements.
