Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is hiring for a Digital Warrior Experience Specialist II to expand the warrior-facing digital experience and align updates with program goals. The role collaborates with technical, marketing, and programs teams to enhance MyWWP and related platforms, delivering meaningful, accessible digital experiences for veterans and their families.

Qualifications

• Five years of WWP programmatic experience or relevant experience.
• Five years of experience analyzing challenges and improving workflows and processes in a programmatic or digital environment.
• Three years of experience maintaining, enhancing, and supporting digital platforms or initiatives.
• Two years of experience supporting or leading teams through change initiatives and process transitions.
• Two years of experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Warrior Experience initiatives for digital platforms and related projects.
• Support Digital Warrior Experience initiatives and platform management, including stakeholder engagement, business case development, risk management, backlog management, continuous improvement, and communication/reporting.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to achieve defined outcomes and other key initiatives that enhance the warrior's digital experience.
• Coordinate with Programs to gather ideas and feedback, negotiate outputs, ensure changes meet cross-functional needs, lead adoption and implementation, and facilitate timely organization-wide communications.
