Job summary

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a Digital Warrior Experience Specialist II to enhance the warrior digital experience across MyWWP and related platforms. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage digital initiatives, and translate ideas into actionable improvements that boost usability and engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of programmatic or digital experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and a passion for veteran-focused service.

Qualifications

• Five years of WWP programmatic experience.
• Five years of experience analyzing challenges and improving workflows and processes in a programmatic or digital environment.
• Three years of experience maintaining, enhancing, and supporting digital platforms or initiatives.
• Two years of experience supporting or leading teams through change initiatives and process transitions.
• Two years of experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Warrior Experience initiatives for digital platforms and related projects.
• Support Digital Warrior Experience initiatives and platform management, including stakeholder engagement, business case development, risk management, backlog management, continuous improvement, and reporting.
