Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks a Digital Experience & Optimization Specialist to enhance digital performance, usability, and member experience across channels. You will analyze journeys, optimize funnels, and manage the digital account opening queue to meet SLAs.

You’ll lead digital analytics, build dashboards, track KPIs, and coordinate vendor efforts. Collaboration across Operations, Risk, IT, Compliance, and Marketing will be essential to drive onboarding improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, product management, business analysis, or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking platforms, member journeys, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, process improvement, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with leadership, team members and members.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the complete digital member journey.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys across digital account opening, lending, online banking and mobile channels.
• Identify friction points and recommend enhancements to reduce clicks and improve experience.
• Develop and maintain digital performance dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Track KPIs including starts, completion, approval, abandonment, and adoption metrics.
• Validate data accuracy across internal systems and vendor platforms.
• Prepare executive summaries and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate digital vendor relationships and engagement initiatives.
• Act as liaison for digital platform vendors and technology partners.
• Coordinate timelines, testing activities, and implementation schedules.
• Monitor vendor performance and service levels.
• Facilitate regular meetings with vendors and stakeholders for alignment.
• Evaluate new functionality and recommend solutions to improve experience and efficiency.
• Maintain and prioritize digital enhancement backlog across products and channels.
• Gather requirements and translate into workflows and user stories.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk, and review processes are followed.
• Coordinate change management and rollout across departments.
• Support AI, automation, and digital experience initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for member and employee experiences.
• Measure results and seek continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions for growth.
• Partner with business units to improve digital operations.
• Collaborate with Lending, Ops, Branches, IT, Compliance, Risk and Marketing to identify inefficiencies.
• Facilitate process mapping and improvement sessions.
• Develop recommendations to reduce manual effort and improve service levels.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to increase digital adoption.
• Represent the Credit Union positively and maintain confidentiality.
• Support member relations and events.
