You will manage the digital account opening queue, collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of digital banking, fintech, product management, or related field.
• Experience with digital channels, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and vendor-management capabilities.

• Monitor and optimize the digital member journey across channels.
• Analyze funnels, abandonment trends, and conversion metrics.
• Lead digital analytics and create executive dashboards.
