• Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions; coordinate annual enrollment support.
• Maintain accurate data in Agency Management System and related software for client activity.
• Drive retention and growth through proactive engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and digital strategies.
