Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to own and execute the enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, and AI-powered search experiences.

You will lead the SEO, AEO, and AI visibility programs, manage agency relationships, and define content standards to drive discoverability and conversion. You will collaborate with brand teams on content, workflows, and timelines for new launches, while tracking KPIs and using analytics to enhance search rank

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy or related fields
• Strong KPI setting, analytics, and insights-to-business-recommendations
• Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and digital analytics

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf, and AI-powered search experiences
• Leads Flowers Foods’ SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy and execution, including roadmaps and performance reporting
• Manages relationships with content, ratings and reviews, and digital shelf partners
• Defines and governs digital content standards, copy, imagery, metadata
• Leads creation and optimization of new content and retailer-specific content to improve discoverability and conversion
• Owns website content workflows and optimization priorities with brand teams
• Manages project plans and timelines for new content launches and retailer requirements
• Sets digital content and AI Visibility KPIs; analyzes performance and improves search rank and content quality
• Monitors trends and translates opportunities into scalable standards and action plans
• Provides oversight to DAM+PIM Specialist for content operations and updates
• Owns ratings and reviews strategy to increase volume and content quality
