Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, ensure security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to boost convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: identify client needs by listening and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions to help them succeed.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, maintain warmth, and balance efficiency with a community-focused approach.
