Capital One in Harvey, LA, is seeking a Branch Ambassador to serve as the heartbeat of our community hub. You’ll deliver friendly, high-volume hospitality while guiding clients through digital tools and banking solutions.

You’ll balance warmth with precision, learning to anticipate needs, educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposits, and contactless payments, and help clients reach their financial goals in a human-centric way.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest and ability to learn digital banking tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and comply with security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to customer needs and match them with appropriate digital banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and maintain a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.
