• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, ensure security and regulatory standards are met.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments for convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to uncover goals and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, balance efficiency with warmth and community focus.
