• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to uncover client goals and pair them with digital tools or solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, balance efficiency with warmth, and create a community-focused atmosphere.
