Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First‑Line Consultant: actively listen to uncover goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance high-volume efficiency with warmth and community focus.
