You will configure and maintain client benefit websites, build payroll and carrier API integrations, and craft communications that help employees understand their benefits.

This technical, client-facing role offers broad ownership and visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2 years in a benefits admin role accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience configuring and maintaining benefit systems and client portals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain client benefit websites and related documents.
• Build payroll and carrier API integrations.
• Create clear employee communications for onboarding and offboarding.
• Audit enrollments and verify calculations against carrier contracts.
• Support renewals and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
