Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Benefits Specialist to own and manage assigned client benefits portfolios, ensuring knowledge transfer and ongoing compliance. You will collaborate with the Benefits team to define goals, maintain data integrity, and support enrollment processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence, with opportunities to influence benefit design and workflow improvements across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years benefits service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plan design specifications, renewal, and new plans setup.
• Prepare reports, policies, and procedures for benefits administration.
• Provide daily support to client account managers, payroll, and sales.
• Ensure data integrity and system functionality for benefits data.
• Design workflows and ACA configuration support (1095s).
