Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Technology Specialist to help employers and their employees simplify the benefits experience through technology. You will manage enrollment, HR processes, and benefit administration on modern online platforms.

In this role, you’ll implement and optimize benefit platforms (primarily Employee Navigator), train client teams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate enrollment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years in technical or administrative support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business applications.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to obtain a Texas Life and Health Insurance License within six months.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of benefit administration platforms, focusing on Employee Navigator.
• Partner with client HR teams to tailor enrollment and HRIS solutions.
• Deliver training sessions on enrollment and benefits technology.
• Resolve client questions and issues with enrollment and system discrepancies.
• Review carrier invoices and coordinate resolutions with carriers and stakeholders.
• Generate enrollment, eligibility, and reporting data for compliance and decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline benefits administration.
• Support Open Enrollment activities with resources and guidance.
