Responsabilités

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations.
• Identify self-service opportunities meeting customer needs.
• Lobby management: meet, greet, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Triage escalated account service issues to resolution.
• Log customer complaints in the appropriate system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Handle branch operations: cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities and stay compliant.
