Qualifications

Data entry and cash handling experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions in moments that matter.
Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
Take ownership of escalated account services issues and log complaints in the system.
Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
Assist with lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
