• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities and refer to banking partners.
• Complete branch operations such as cash handling and wire transfers.
• Perform AML/KYC/BSA duties as required.
• Follow compliance/risk controls and support the bank's brand.
• Promote belonging and uphold internal controls within the branch.
