Responsibilities

• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and identify needs.
• Escalate and log customer complaints; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering, vault tasks, ATM and wire transfers.
• Handle AML/KYC/BSA compliance-related activities and maintain records.
• Support ongoing risk management and adhere to regulatory standards.
