Job summary

First Federal Savings Bank seeks an eBanking Support Specialist I to assist branches with deposit and internet banking services, including eStatements, bill pay, and ACH. You will support customers and ensure compliance with regulations such as BSA, Reg E, and CC.

The role emphasizes accurate processing, problem resolution, and maintaining debit/ATM card programs, with a 40-hour week and potential overtime for special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking experience preferred.
• 1–3 years relevant banking experience.
• Superior internal and external customer service experience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Processes set-up of electronic banking, e-statements, internet banking, bill pay, mobile banking, business online products (ACH, RDC, Positive Pay).
• Setup and maintain TMS transfers.
• Answer internal and external customer service calls related to business or retail internet banking, account activity and other account related questions.
• Process and balance daily ACH and RIM transactions.
• Setup and maintain Sweep transfers.
• Handle wire and funds transfers, perform reconciliation, monitor status, and research disputes per regs.
• Provide assistance in maintenance and administration of debit and ATM card programs.
