Job summary

DR Bank seeks a Deposit Operations Specialist to support daily deposit and electronic banking activities, handle debit card support, and participate in Bank operations and e-Banking projects. You will resolve complex customer issues and assist with escalated calls from the Contact Center.

Responsibilities include balancing ACH/Wire-related tasks, processing credits/debits, and ensuring accurate data input. Prior experience in financial services and strong regulatory awareness are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services or contact center is a plus.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support electronic banking and deposit operations tasks.
• Provide online banking and debit card support to customers.
• Process daily reconciliations and ensure timely reporting.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries from the contact center.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
