Qualifications

• 12 months of client service experience preferred.
• Cash-handling experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• NLMS registration preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with PC and alpha-numeric keyboard.
• Flexible work week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients courteously and by name when possible.
• Process client transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing.
• Explain Online Banking, Online Bill Pay, and other digital options to clients.
• Follow security, regulatory and audit procedures; balance cash drawers daily.
• Develop product knowledge through training and branch communications.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer clients to appropriate areas; support branch goals.
• Engage with retail store partners to cultivate relationships.
