Job summary

ambank is seeking a front-line team member for its digital branch to provide technical support to customers on banking products and services. You will work with customers and staff to train end users and promote the features and benefits of the bank’s offerings.

You will contribute to special projects, reporting, and other duties for the VP of Operations while ensuring high-quality service through phone, email, and in-person interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two-year related experience and/or training
• Provide stellar customer service through effectively verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects and with customers throughout the day
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Use computer and technical skills
• Banking for financial services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers relating to products, services and industry practices including risk mitigation best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and bank staff to ensure training and effective communication of features and benefits.
• Assist in special projects, reporting, and various duties for the VP of Operations.
• Support digital banking products and services including related deployments and system conversions.
• Assist with ancillary products and online business services such as Bill Pay, External Transfers, Mobile Deposits.
• Resolve issues for business and consumer customers via phone, email, or in person in a timely and accurate manner.
