Job summary

Southwest Missouri Bank is seeking a customer service–oriented specialist to support electronic banking and online services. You will help customers and staff use NetTeller, Cash Management, ATM operations and card services, while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You will assist business customers on online banking features, respond to inquiries, and participate in community SMB events. Strong communication and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller or banking experience required.
• College degree and/or previous electronic services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with our standards and philosophy.
• Assist customers daily on the different uses of online banking services, such as bill pay, mobile deposit, transfers, transaction history, manage debit cards.
• Provide on-site assistance for electronic banking services to business customers.
• Performs daily functions for NetTeller, Cash Management, ATM's promptly and efficiently.
• Cross trains in card services and merchant processing duties.
• Participates in community events for SMB.
• Recognizes opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.
• Corresponds with online customers via e-mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging systems to address questions or complaints about products and policies.
