Job summary

Signature Bank, N.A. is seeking an Electronic Banking Coordinator to handle a range of electronic banking activities and provide outstanding client service. The role requires performing complex clerical duties and monitoring transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The candidate will support online banking, ACH origination, eStatements, E-Deposit products, mobile help desk, and faster payments while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in operations or retail banking.
• Associates or higher degree in business; equivalent work experience considered.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience in operations or retail banking.
• One or more years of Faster Payment experience (Real Time Payments, FedNow, Zelle).

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance and guidance to clients regarding Electronic Banking product, policies and procedures, including online banking access, bill pay support, and telephone, chat or email requests.
• Manage Online ACH Origination, including setup and training for clients, cross-functional collaboration with loan department and controls for exposure limits, monitoring ACH activity for potential fraud.
• Perform Positive Pay/Account Reconciliation Services for clients, including setup, testing, and training as well as monitoring and reviewing daily exception items.
• Provide regular support to eStatement clients and reviewing enrollments and daily reports.
• Manage our E-Deposit product for clients, including setup and training, review of daily transaction reports and account analysis of monthly fees.
• Provide Mobile Application help desk support, setup and review for clients. Review of daily mobile deposits and end of month reporting.
• Manage faster payment system(s), including setup, testing, training as well as monitoring activity and transactions for potential fraud.
