You'll work in a fast-paced team, maintain strong customer focus, process support tickets, respond to inquiries, and help ensure information security in handling client data while learning new technologies and improving product knowledge.

• Respond to support emails, calls, and online messages from internal and external customers
• Prepare tickets to adjust product income and expense
• Establish, prepare, and store customer information securely per Information Security policy
• Participate in development opportunities and learn new fintech solutions
