Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in finance, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Foster courteous, professional relationships with customers representing Guaranty Bank & Trust positively.
• Conduct accurate and efficient customer setups across digital platforms.
• Guide customers through our range of digital banking services.
• Analyze and resolve issues swiftly with clear communication and thorough documentation.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer service requests and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot online and mobile banking issues with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Handle data entry and reviews for digital banking activity and change reports.
• Adapt to new products, processes, and services with quick learning and flexibility.
• Cultivate knowledge of our products, services, procedures, and regulations for accurate customer interaction.
• Enhance customer relationships by ensuring access to and understanding of bank features.
• Monitor reports to assist in fraud detection and apply critical thinking.
• Comply with privacy policies and regulations; adhere to bank policies.
• Complete required regulatory compliance training; perform other duties as assigned.
