Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically three to four years of retail banking experience or an equivalent training program.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in person, by appointment, and virtually to provide tailored guidance.
• Open consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools and promote digital solutions.
• Provide consistent client experiences and partner with branch teams for service excellence.
• Complete credit applications and leverage digital channels to enhance the client experience.
