Job summary

You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, promote digital services, and collaborate with branch teams to provide accurate, proactive service in a compliant, customer-centric manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services.
