Job summary

Agility 360 is seeking a Digital Banking Operations Analyst to support our large banking client in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on Tier 2 support for digital banking and payment platforms, with ownership of after-hours support and peak-period operations, blending production support with initiative-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Intermediate knowledge in banking/financial services operations and documenting workflows.
• Payments knowledge including ACH, Wires, SWIFT, RTP, and API banking is helpful.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and write business unit requirements to support projects and define system and functional requirements.
• Facilitate meetings to drive results; collaborate with team members to meet plans.
• Support testing, lead testing efforts, and coordinate with SME business experts and project team.
• Lead smaller-scale business unit efforts as functional project lead and report status updates.
• Ensure teams understand objectives and testing results; prioritize changes accordingly.
• Provide Tier 2 production support for digital banking and payment platforms and triage issues.
• Monitor support queues during peak periods to ensure timely resolution and SLAs.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend support rotation as incident response point.
• Support release, patching, and production validation with test execution and defect escalation.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and job aids for consistent issue handling.
