Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business and consumer clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Provide end-to-end support for digital banking and treasury services, including ACH, wires and online banking.
• Educate clients on products and system functionality to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Research and resolve client inquiries using multiple systems, identifying root causes and solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and banking teams to deliver effective, compliant solutions.
