Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Café Ambassador at Westfield Southcenter in Tukwila, WA. You’ll be the face of Capital One’s mission to make banking a human experience, guiding guests through our digital tools in a vibrant community hub rather than behind a traditional teller line.

You’ll engage with guests, advocate for our products through conversation, help them master mobile tools, and support local events that promote financial health—all while staying mobile and adaptable in a dynamic cafe

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Be a Natural Connector: engage with guests in a high-energy environment within a community space.
Serve as a Brand Advocate: share Capital One’s products through conversation, not transactions.
Guide customers through the digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
Host and support local events to promote financial health.
Advocate and solve problems, ensuring compliant issue resolution.
Foster an inclusive culture and adapt to change.
Move throughout the Café to connect with the community.
