Capital One in Westwego, LA is hiring a Branch Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our bank space. You’ll greet customers, handle high-volume transactions with accuracy, and guide clients through digital tools like mobile banking and contactless payments.

This role emphasizes hospitality, problem solving, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work a flexible schedule within a 50-mile radius, attend trainings, and contribute to an inclusive, customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change.
• While the company provides reasonable notice for permanent schedule changes in accordance with state and local laws, the ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments is required.
• Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time
