Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
• Interest in hospitality and digital banking tools.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Act as a first-line consultant, identifying needs and recommending digital tools.
• Provide hospitality and greet customers to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain compliance with security, audit, and BSA/AML standards.
