The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, high-volume cash handling, and educating customers on mobile and digital banking tools to support their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year retail/sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Associates degree and 2+ years in retail or customer-facing roles are a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash with 100% accuracy and maintain compliant security standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to identify client needs and pair with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, provide warm service, and balance efficiency with community warmth.
