Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector by engaging with guests in a high-energy community space.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate by sharing Capital One’s products through conversation, not high-pressure sales.
• Guide customers through our digital tools and mobile banking, simplifying complex tech.
• Host and support local events that promote financial health within Capital One’s programs.
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues in line with compliance requirements, including de-escalation when needed.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive Culture Carrier environment and stay active throughout the day in the Cafe.
• Stay agile and engaged, moving through the Cafe to connect with the community and support guest flow.
