Qualifications

• Well-organized with time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work under time constraints in a team environment.
• Proficiency with internet-based tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers and promote use of digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria and decisions at a high level.
• Complete servicing-related tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the bank’s sales process to provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Maintain customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Assist with lobby management and customer flow; identify opportunities for product solutions.
• Escalate complex needs to appropriate partners and ensure AML/BSA/KYC compliance.
