Responsibilities

• Log customer complaints and resolve issues; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Handle customer/account maintenance tasks and AML/KYC-related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support the M&T Bank brand.
