Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking features; make recommendations.
• Engage customers and promote digital banking capabilities in interactions.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify opportunities.
• Follow the branch's sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
