Job summary

Publicis Commerce is seeking a Digital Asset Manager in Troy, MI to ensure precise asset ingestion, tagging, and retrieval across DAM systems. You will enforce metadata consistency, audit the DAM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand projects.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under tight timelines while delivering accurate asset management across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of asset management experience in an agency environment.
• In-depth knowledge of metadata schemas and taxonomy development.
• Experience with a wide range of filetypes including INDD, AI, PSD, MP4, PDF, JPEG, PNG, HTML.
• Knowledge of image, video, and audio encoding formats and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset ingestion and upload content assets into DAMs, add tags and monitor ingestion.
• Migrate content from external sources into the DAM and support tagging at asset lifecycle points.
• Generate and distribute asset reports and assist with asset requests.
• Support client enterprise DAM requests and answer user questions from stakeholders.
