Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to own the DAM ecosystem across Brandfolder and SharePoint, building taxonomy, naming conventions, permissions, and workflows to keep assets on-brand, searchable, and compliant.

You will train non-technical users and collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, and Ecommerce to scale asset management as volume grows and ensure timely delivery for launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years in digital asset management or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with SharePoint; Brandfolder preferred.
• Experience building taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance.
• Familiarity with asset delivery where external platforms set specs.
• Understanding of image SEO basics and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and improve the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder and SharePoint).
• Define and evolve long-term asset management strategy as volume grows.
• Set up asset system and standards so teams pull approved assets.
• Build tagging systems, naming conventions, and channel-specific identifiers.
• Maintain assets for product imagery, logos, videos, and campaigns.
• Manage permissions, licensing, and compliance across internal/external use.
• Train staff and drive adoption of DAM best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, and Ecommerce.
