Job summary

Publicis Commerce is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to own the details of content across DAMs. You will manage ingestion, tagging, and asset retrieval, ensuring metadata accuracy and searchability while staying calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include ingesting assets, migrating content, tagging at lifecycle stages, generating reports, supporting internal clients, and training end users. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree or certification in Library and Information Science, Digital Asset Management or related field.
• 5+ years of asset management experience in an agency environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and metadata/taxonomy practices.
• Experience with DAM implementation, migration, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset ingestion and upload content to DAMs with tagging.
• Migrate content from external sources into the DAM.
• Tag assets at key lifecycle stages and manage rights clearances.
• Generate and distribute asset reports.
• Assist with asset requests and enterprise DAM support.
• Coordinate with system admins and provide user training.
