Job summary

ProCaps Labs is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to own the organization, accessibility, and integrity of all digital assets across SharePoint and Brandfolder. This role builds taxonomy, naming conventions, permissions, and workflows to keep assets on-brand and easily discoverable.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, and Ecommerce to design scalable systems, enforce standards, and train non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital asset management or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with SharePoint; Brandfolder preferred.
• Experience building taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance processes.
• Experience with channels where external platforms set creative specs (e.g., Amazon, social, email).
• Understanding of SEO best practices for images and URLs.

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and improve the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder) and file storage structure (SharePoint).
• Define and evolve long-term asset management strategy as volume grows.
• Ensure teams can access and pull approved assets; handle exceptions and system issues.
