Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Coordinator – DAM to manage the enterprise Digital Asset Management platform from Grand Rapids. This role ensures asset ingestion, taxonomy, metadata integrity, and governance across marketing, creative, packaging, and technology teams.

You will support asset delivery, lifecycle management, and compliance while contributing to DAM roadmaps and scalability initiatives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related discipline required.
• 3–5+ years in Digital Asset Management or related field.
• Experience administering DAM platforms (AEM, Bynder, Acquia DAM, Aprimo, MediaValet).
• Strong metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycles, and governance knowledge.
• Able to manage large content libraries with searchability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Own ingestion, organization, and governance of digital assets.
• Maintain taxonomy, metadata structures, naming conventions, and tagging.
• Enforce DAM delivery standards and asset accessibility for teams and partners.
• Audit content for accuracy, compliance, and licensing considerations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Packaging, Production, and Tech teams.
